About the Author
Robert Hislope, assistant professor of political science at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio, received his doctorate from Ohio State University in 1995. His research focuses on the areas of ethnic politics, the politics of the former Yugoslavia, and evolutionary theory.
