Honoré Koffi Guie is the acting secretary general and director of programs for GERDDES-Africa, a nonpartisan democratic organization whose activities are described in the article below. He teaches in the law faculty of the National University of Côte d’Ivoire and lectures at the Ivoirian Ecole Nationale d’Administration in Abidjan.
