About the Author
Gustavo Coronelis the founder and president of Agrupación Pro Calidad de Vida, a Caracas-based organization devoted to fighting corruption and promoting civic education in Latin America, primarily in Venezuela. A geologist by training, he worked in the oil industry for many years and currently serves as an international management and energy consultant. He also writes a weekly column for El Globo, a Caracas daily newspaper.
