Journal of Democracy coeditor and International Forum for Democratic Studies Research Council co-chair Larry Diamond will teach a free online course on Democratic Development through Stanford University beginning on April 1, 2013. Students, educators, civil society activists, journalists, bloggers, and government officials from developing or prospective democracies are particularly encouraged to apply.
